Here’s a re-cap of what
we went over on Thursday’s meeting:
- Digital Fluency assessments are due 5/22 (https://houstonlibrary.libguides.com/digital-fluency).
The sign-in sheet is located on the shelf where the employee holds
are. Please use it to mark off the assessments you have completed
with at least an 85% rating. You do not need to send the certificates to
HPL Training.
- Claims return should be addressed while the customer is
present.
- Please make sure to check the DVD cases when items are
returned.
- If lines are long at the end of the day, customers
should be directed to the self-check machines.
- If you cannot work your Thursday night, you need to
find someone to trade with you.
