Montrose Meeting Notes 3/8/2018

Here’s a re-cap of what we went over on Thursday’s meeting:

 

• Open Enrollment for insurance will be from April 1^st thru April 13^th.
• Please be sure to initial meeting room forms. Alex and Courtnie will be reviewing forms to avoid booking problems.
• The old-style rectangular tags don’t often work on the self-check machine. We don’t usually have them at Montrose. However, if something comes through delivery, please make sure to update the tag on it.
• We will be spending some of our Staff Appreciation money next Thursday. Melissa will order a variety of meat from Brookstreet BBQ. Staff will bring some sort of side dish. We’ll eat during our meeting.
• People are starting to check out Hotspots. Remember that the customer needs to have a card for at least 30 days to check one out. Also, their account should be updated to “laptop – yes.”
• Courtnie –
• Courtnie will be attending a Camp Stream meeting next Friday morning.
• SRP is all booked.
• Courtnie is planning a Family Storytime. More on that later.
•  Maintenance fixed a cord that was sticking up out of the carpet in the children’s area.
