Montrose Meeting Notes 4/14/16

 Here’s a re-cap of what we went over on Thursday’s meeting:

 

·         When weeding be sure to pull only as much as you can finish during your scheduled time. Please don’t leave carts around with books on them.

·         In order for Covenant House residents to renew their card, they need to have a current letter showing the Covenant House letterhead. Their cards are renewed in 30 day increments. They cannot checkout laptops.

·         Chris Hu has put a weeding log on the Montrose blog. Please keep it up to date as you weed.

·         Public computers  11 and 12 often lose power. It’s probably due to it being bumped by feet under the desk.  Jiggling the plugs can often help them regain power.

·         When scheduling groups for the meeting rooms be sure not to double book.
