Montrose Meeting Notes 2/22/2018

 

Here’s a re-cap of what we went over on Thursday’s meeting:

 

• Hoopla has changed to two check-outs per month. Customers may ask about this.
• Several staff have signed up for Defensive Driving. Be sure to put it in your monthly report after you’ve done it so that I include it in your review.
• There will be a Citizenship Training at Montrose on March 16^th from 8:30zm – 11:00am. Please be aware that people will be arriving for the class.
• We had a lengthy discussion about incidents with customers.
