Here’s a re-cap of what we went over on Thursday’s meeting:
· We received a binder from International Services
containing a variety of translated documents for customers. It is located at
the Reference desk.
· There was a lot of discussion about people
scamming for SRP prizes. There has been a person going between Melcher and
Looscan trying to get prizes out of her child’s age range. There was also a person
a Montrose trying to do the same thing. Courtnie noticed that the woman had changed
the child’s age after being turned away from Montrose. She reported the woman
to Kallie.
· Kay mentioned a customer having trouble
accessing the Department of Public Safety site. She’s going to send an email to
IT requesting that the DPS not be blocked.
· Courtnie is working on setting up a Drag Queen
Story Time for Montrose.

Courtnie had SRP updates:
o Montrose
has received all of the prizes.
o Family
Prize Pack: At least one adult and one child need to finish in order to get the
prize.
