Everyone has probably received an email on 10/20/15 about QMS (Quality Management System). If you have not, basically this is your chance to write about day to day activities within the library. Several topics are "Placing Holds", "Renewals", "Weeding", "Daily Deposit", among the many listed. If you are interested in adding a submission email Laurie Covington.
It is essential to give everyone a chance to participate because front line staff are engaged in these seemingly easy activities everyday. A handout will be passed out to everyone at Montrose with more information on Tuesday, 10/27/15.
