Just a reminder, we do not touch patron devices nor do we give technical support of any kind (ex: downloading, changing settings, removing files for them) other than telling how to download e-books, music, video, etc. If they have in depth questions, you may tell how to perform a Google search on the issue or verbally state brief information that you know(ex: how to find the name Library-Public and connect to our WiFi) or how they can get further computer troubleshooting help through places like "Geek Squad".
Also if you are not already familiar, email reference is a available whenever there is not enough time to answer an extensive question or cannot resolve a reference/technical "how to/issue" for a patron.
Patrons can use this form for research, e-books, library catalog, library account, obituary, document delivery, genealogy and local history questions. Patrons do not have to fill out all of the 6 pages of the form, but enough to receive efficient help.
The turn around time is 48-72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidys).
